All the free publications request will be processed ASAP and as much as possible..

We will try to answer each question and request we receive, but due to abuse and other reasons WE retain the right to deny , delete, and ignore any request we receive without any notice.

Items ordered might not be fully shipped depending on the availability, and we might add or substitute some items according to our inventory..

We retain the right to call or use any other means to check and make sure that the information that was given are correct on any request we receive.

Was your item not shipped?

We will not inform ,in most cases, you if your item is not shipped or if you do not qualify.

That might  be due to one of the following:

1. We only ship to the 50 main US states so any order from other locations will be ignored.
2. Incomplete application (missing information, or incorrect information), we check your phone number to match it with the address and name you have submitted.
3. WE do not ship to P.O. Boxes, a physical address is required.
4. Multiple orders from the same address or name, like ordering free non Muslims and new Muslims package will result in not shipping any.
5. Non Muslims packages are for non Muslims, Muslims requests will not be honored.
